Technical Information: Under the Hood: Zero-Load Motor


The flywheel is off-set from the motor using two belts pulling in opposite directions.

Key Benefits

  • There is no stress on the motor from having a single belt pulling against one end of the motor.
  • No bearing heat means the motor runs cooler and lasts longer.
  • The treadmill runs quieter longer because the motor mounts will not loosen which can produce a rattling noise.
